What To Add
Boiled and shredded chicken: ½ kg
Maida: 3-1/2 cup
Dry yeast: 1 pack
Sugar: 1 tsp.
Salt: 1 tsp. or to taste
Warm water: 1-1/4 cup
Alize olive oil: ¼ cup
Shredded Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups
Chopped onion: 1
Tomato sauce: 15 ounce
Dry oregano: 3 tsp.
Dry basil: 1 tsp.
Diced green pepper: 1large
How to Make:
- Take a large bowl, add yeast, sugar and warm water, mix well and leave it for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, and aliz olive oil and start making the dough. It will take 2 to 3 minutes.
- Take another bowl, apply a little aliz olive oil on its surface, and put the dough, cover it well, and leave it in a warm place for 45 minutes. When it rises up to double its size, it would be ready to use.
- Boil chicken in a pan at medium heat until it gets dry.
- Cut dough in two pieces, and place each piece in a pizza pan as 12 inch size, but don’t forget to grease the pan with aliz olive oil.
- Take oregano, basil leaves, and tomato sauce and mix them well. Spread it on pizza dough, and top it up with chicken, green pepper, and cheese.
- Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Remove pizza from the oven when it gets light brown.
Note: you can also add onions or olives to pizza topping. You can also use pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce.
