What to Add?
Self-Rising-Flour: 500 gram
Milk: 300 gram
Fish Fingers, rich in omega 3: 8
Baking Powder: 1tbsp Baking Powder
Butter: 100 gram
Mild Cheddar Cheese: 200 gram
Oil, any high quality: 2 tbsp.
Pizza Sauce Or Tomato Sauce: 300 gram
Preparing the Delicious Fish Finger Pizza
First of all set your oven at 200C, or gas mark 6. Take a large bowl, mix self-rising flour, and baking powder, and then add butter, and then milk, mix together to make the soft dough that will be a bit sticky.
Take a baking tray of size 25cm x 36cm, brushing it with oil. Place the dough in a baking tray and spread it to all corners of the tray.
Take out fish fingers from the pack and cook them according to the instructions given on the pack. You can also make your own finish fingers at home, but the packed fish will reduce your cooking time.
When the dough is ready and you have cooked fish fingers, apply pizza sauce to the dough, and then place fingers over it. Top it up with shredded cheddar cheese, and sprinkle remaining oil if you like.
Season it with black pepper, salt, and red chilies, whatever you like. Place the tray in the oven and bake this pizza for 25 minutes until it gets brown.
