Cancellation policy

You may cancel the order any time before your order is dispatched. For order cancellation call our call-center at +923301980533. Incase, the order gets delivered before cancellation, you may also cancel it by not receiving the parcel. For prepaid customers, refund will take place within 30 working days by the respective bank and within 7 working days for mobile wallet accounts after order cancellation.

Return Policy

Our return policy varies from category to category. For groceries: Return is possible within 3 days, after the package is received. If items are unopened, undamaged, unused and in the condition which was received.
