In Pakistan, people make malai boti recipe in Chicken and mutton but chicken is common. The dhabas with BBQ make such a tasty bottis that you would end up eating so much. It is must to have a cold drink with malai boti because it helps food dissolve well.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Marination time: 1 hour

Baking: 30 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3

What You Need

Boneless Chicken, cut into cubes: 500 gm.

Ginger, garlic paste: 1-1/2tbsp

Green chili, cut into small pieces: 3

Salt to taste

Lemon juice: 1-1/2 tbsp.

White pepper powder: 1.1/2 tsp.

Cumin powder: 1 tsp.

Fresh coriander powder: 1 tsp.

Ground almonds, pistachio, and cashew: 2 tbsp.

Cream: 4 tbsp.

Aliz olive oil: 1-1/2 tbsp.

How to Cook

  • Take a bowl and put chicken, spices like salt, ginger, garlic, chili, white pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, green chili, and all nuts and cream, and mix all well. Leave it for an hour in a refrigerator.

BBQ malai boti or bake them for half an hour at 230° C.
