Pakistani Chicken Malai Boti Recipe
In Pakistan, people make malai boti recipe in Chicken and mutton but chicken is common. The dhabas with BBQ make such a tasty bottis that you would end up eating so much. It is must to have a cold drink with malai boti because it helps food dissolve well. Some chefs bake these botis in oven and they are equally tasty but I love the BBQ smell. I eat it with rice or sometimes just with my soft drink, like lemonade. I also try it at home and make it perfectly, because I use good spices and follow a better recipe.
While preparing masala for malai boti recipe make sure you use only good spices and also marinate the chicken pieces well, leaving them for enough time. Use well- burned coals while making this recipe in BBQ. Don’t burn chicken because it will reduce the taste and will also affect the nutrients. Make all chicken pieces small because you can eat them well unlike the large botis. The creamy texture makes it delicious but it surely is full of calories. Some chefs use aliz olive oil while baking it in an oven. Don’t forget to use only boneless chicken because the bones will interrupt your taste.
