What You Need
Half cooked Rice: 4 cup
Aliz olive oil: 2 tbsp.
Diced carrots: 2 small
Minced garlic: 2 cloves
Peas: 1 cup
Soya sauce: 3 tbsp.
Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp.
Butter: 1 tbsp.
Green onion: 2
How to Prepare
- Make an omelet of the eggs and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry carrots and onion and garlic and stir-fry all of them.
- Add boiled rice and peas, and cook for a few minutes until the rice gets soft.
- Add all sauces, eggs, and butter and mix well.
Garnish with onion or green chilies and serve.
