All Recipes made with aliz olive oil are famous, including the steamed fish recipe that is suitable for those who don’t like grilling or deep frying. Steamed food has its own benefits, first because you can have an organic taste as the steam locks all ingredients.

You don’t have to use much oil for steaming as just a layer of olive oil would be enough. Rest you can apply different spices according to your taste. Try to avoid garlic that is smelly.

Both vinegar or soya sauce and lemon will enhance the taste. Some people also apply fish sauce to the outer layer of fish.

Some cooks use a foil while making the Steamed Fish Recipe because it can wrap the fish and helps keep all ingredients intact. The foil will also help have balanced heat rather than direct and hot steam.
