Mediterranean Fish Recipe With Aliz Olive Oil

Mediterranean Fish Recipe With Aliz Olive Oil

Mediterranean food is very healthy that’s why several nutritionists recommend following a Mediterranean lifestyle. The Mediterranean fish recipe comes up with thin leeks, garlic cloves, Aliz olive oil, basil leaves, orange fillets, salt, plum tomatoes, and ripe and drained olives.

The combination of both olive oil and olives make this recipe super powerful because we all know how we get the advantage of healthy ingredients. You just need to sauté all components in olive oil because it will separate all tastes but in a unified form.

Some cooks also make it with a little gravy with added ingredients, but the original recipe is dry. By taking it with noodles will make it yummier, however, making the Mediterranean fish recipe with rice will also be a good choice.

This is an ideal snack for evenings or you can take it as dinner depending how you like it. I love to have it during lunch, especially when I am on holidays because pasta makes me a little sleepy.

Those who don’t like olives can serve it with something else like lettuce, French fries, sauce, and chilies. There are unlimited ways to serve a Mediterranean food, so be creative and enjoy the way you want.
