Ingredients You Need

Beef Steaks Cut As Strips: 500 G

Salt and Pepper: ½ Tsp. or according to taste

Lime Juice: 1 Tbsp.

Honey Garlic Sauce: ½ Cup

Ginger (Crushed): 1 Tbsp.

Cornstarch: 1 Tbsp.

Vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp.

Sliced Green Onion: 2

Any Good Quality Boiled Rice: 4 Cup

Stir Fry Vegetables: 1 Pkg

How to Prepare

  1. Marinate beef with ¼ cup honey garlic sauce, salt, and pepper, and leave for a while. Mix the remaining sauce with lime juice, water, cornstarch, and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a pan put vegetables and stir fry them for 5 minutes.

3. Add beef into the pan and stir fry in oil until brown. Mix vegetables in beef, pour sauce mixture and boil all ingredients until they all get mixed. Also, add green onions and mix well.  Serve it with the hot rice. You can save time by using a bag of vegies; however, you can also use fresh vegies if you like, but the already packed vegies will save your time that goes into cutting and washing.
