I have always loved the steaks of various forms because I can eat them without depending on any other side item. Since beef is good for health, I love to have it in various forms and also love to make my favorite Beef teriyaki recipe.
I love cooking because it is my passion, so instead of spending money at restaurants I like to cook at home. While making Beef teriyaki, I use nice tender beef steaks and marinate them with different ingredients including soya sauce, ginger and garlic paste, salt n pepper, honey, and garnish it with sesame seeds and green onion.
My main ingredient is Aliz olive oil because I use it in every food due to its qualities. You will not find even the slightest bitterness in this delicious Beef teriyaki recipe, because Aliz olive oil has a mild taste.
It takes only 20 to 30 minutes in cooking and you can enjoy it with rice or even with noodles, macaroni. Some people exclude the soya sauce to make it more Desi and eat it with chapatti. Do your own experiments and enjoy a healthy meal anytime.
If you have more to add to it, like the salads, cold drinks, or French fries, you can do it according to your taste.
INGREDIENTS

Beef 1/2 kg thinly sliced

Salt 1/2 tsp.

Chinese salt 1/2 tsp.

White pepper 1/2 tsp.

Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
For teriyaki sauce

Bones of 1 chicken

Ginger 4-6 pieces
-
Garlic 15 cloves
-
Soya Sauce 1cup
-
Sugar 1cup

Corn flour 2tbsp

Water 1/2 cup
RECIPE

Add all ingredients of sauce in a pan and bring it to boil.

Strain and then add corn flour to thicken the paste. Set teriyaki sauce aside.

In another pan take 1/4 cup cooking oil and stir fry the marinated beef for about 10 minutes.

Add the sauce to tender beef.

Mix well and serve.

Garnish with spring onions.
